Tim has represented Fafard Real Estate for 25 years as a commercial leasing and Residential broker. Tim is responsible for Residential sales of new construction homes and condominiums in the Boston MetroWest area.
Tim specializes in guiding buyers through the new construction experience and has comprehensive experience in purchasing and residential home construction planning. He's a member of Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Realtors Association and Multiple Listing Service.

Lisa has owned her own business and has over 30 years professional experience in the cosmetology industry. She brings her talents to our design team, working with customers selections for their home. Born and raised in the MetroWest, she has an outstanding knowledge of the area to match her strong customer service and organizational skills. Lisa has also had experience in dog training and care.

Cappy has been a Massachusetts real estate broker for 35 years. Additionally, during that period, he has been employed by a national bank in the mortgage division as a loan officer.
Cappy has lived in Massachusetts his entire life, a graduate of Natick High School and Bentley College, and is a former U.S. Marine.

Kara relocated from Delray Beach, Florida where she worked in Finance. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, she was born in Framingham and graduated from Framingham High. She's always had an interest in Real Estate and was involved in property management and investment properties in South Florida. Her passion for home design has brought her to Fafard Real Estate's new construction team as a Builder Representative.

Born and raised in Dallas, TX, she has lived Framingham for nearly 25 years and knows the metrowest area very well.
